Spacious bedroom with a double boxspring bed. Walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower, toilet and bath.
1st floor: Open staircase to 1st floor with large mezzanine, an ideal play area for children. Three huge bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom with a large double bed and two bedrooms with an antique double bed. Luxury bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasin. There are two cots and two highchairs.
Outside
A large private swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters and depth of 1.50m. On the shallow plateau, the children can play. A wooden deck with nice chairs and umbrellas. Two poster-beds to dream away. Furthermore on the estate: an old ruin and at a 5 minutes walk, a small lake. You can read a book in the hammock. Pick a pear from the orchard. Stroll around the lake.
Enjoy the intense fragrances and colors at the local markets in Villereal and Castillonnès. Fresh garlic, innumerable cheeses and vegetables. There are many good gourmet restaurants in the area.
A sultry summer evening ... a perfect evening for a "bodega". The cozy village squares are full of market stalls. Here you choose and buy your own food and then eat it at long tables between the local French.
