This authentic 18th century farm is located a short distance from Domme, one of "The most beautiful villages in France".
With a living space of more than 230 m² includes this beautiful farmhouse. On the ground floor you will find a large and beautiful kitchen, very well equipped, with dining area, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a living room with exposed beams and 2 sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a large double bed (160 cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is a separate toilet completes this floor.
From the hall a wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There you will find a sitting/dining room with wooden dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa and extra refrigerator.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with double bed (140cm wide), wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables and lamps and a large en suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, sofa, bedside tables and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A second staircase leads to the 2nd floor. There you will find bedroom 4 under the eaves (beams at 2.75 m height from the floor) with 4 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This last bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower, shower, toilet and sink

In the garden you will find a large private pool, shaded terraces and open spaces promise an unforgettable holiday in a natural and authentic environment. The site covers 2 hectares of fields and woodland. There is a large covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor dining. The private pool is in full sun, with underwater alarm, and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The table tennis table is extra for everyone's entertainment. The car park offers space for at least 4 cars.
Located in a small hamlet called "the river", the house is less than a kilometer from the Dordogne, where you can swim and rent canoes to go on excursions on the river.
Ideally located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Périgord Noir, the listed villages of Dordogne are all in the immediate vicinity: Domme at 5km, La Roque Gageac at 6km, and Sarlat at 9km.
