The house is located on a private grounds of 5.000 m². You have complete privacy, while it is close to a village with a bakery and a supermarket. The local building style makes the house, which is fully ground floor, very atmospheric. The house has all modern amenities. With its area of 200 m² and the practical layout, the house is suitable for 8 to 10 people, for example 1 or 2 families. Maison Les Combes is equipped with all comforts and very cozy furnishings. In the summer it is cool by the good insulation. In the colder months it is pleasant to stay around the wood stove.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy :
* Only in case of closure of borders by the French government on the day of arrival, which makes it impossible to travel to the holiday home. Additional vaccination and/or test requirements for access to catering, museums and other matters are no reason for cancellation.
* Refund 85% of the rent minus booking costs Dordognemaison.com. Also, of course, the full deposit will be refunded. 15% of the rent + booking costs will not be refunded for the purpose of covering ongoing costs for maintenance of the house + swimming pool + work in the context of a booking.
In the surrounding area are many nice towns to visit. Along the Dordogne River are beautiful castles and historic sites such as Domme (12 km), Sarlat-la-Canéda (20 km) and La Roque-Gageac (20 km). The Dordogne River is ideal for canoeing. The swimming lake of Groléjac (5 km) is a wonderful place for children. Nearby are also historical caves of Cougnac (8 km). Pilgrimage Rocamadour (38 km) and the Prehistoparc at Tursac (43 km), are recommended to visit.
