Vue sur la rivière & La Riviere des cygnes
The houses are within walking distance of the center of Lalinde. Here you will find a pleasant shopping street with old village center, supermarket (400m), bakery, tourist office, bicycle rental, banks, post office, restaurants and cafes with terraces, delicatessen and wine trade, not to mention the weekly Thursday morning market.
Vue sur la rivière
The holiday home Vue sur la rivière is located on the South and has an attractive living room with an adjoining kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer and refrigerator. Of course there are cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient other kitchen utensils. The living room has two comfortable armchairs and a sofa. In the kitchen you will find a dining area.
There are 2 bedrooms. Via the stairs you reach:
Bedroom 1. This is the master bedroom with double bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
These rooms share a luxurious bathroom with shower, bathroom furniture with sink and a toilet.
Vue sur la rivière has a spacious living room with central heating, double glazing, free wireless internet and a smart TV. This spacious holiday home is ideal for 2 to 4 people. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request (free of charge). Please please indicate when booking. A barbecue is available in your storage room. Vue sur la rivière has a lockable storage room for bicycles and/or motorcycles.
Outside
Through the patio doors you have access to a lovely sun terrace (32m²) located under the trees with patio furniture and a wide view over the river and the Dordogne valley. Outside you will find a spacious shared garden with garden bench, sun loungers and direct access to the river bank. Vue sur la rivière is 400 meters from Domaine Lalinde. You can use all facilities such as the beautiful swimming pool. You can check in at the reception of Domaine Lalinde.
La Riviere des cygnes
The holiday home La Rivière des cygnes is located on the South and consists of a separate living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Naturally, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient other kitchen utensils are available.
This beautiful holiday home has electric heating, double glazing, free wireless internet, smart television. In the cozy sitting room there are two armchairs around a fireplace and the dining area. The mezzanine and bedrooms offer a magnificent view of the Dordogne river.
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a romantically decorated master bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, bathroom furniture with a sink and a toilet. Via the stairs you reach the mezzanine. On the mezzanine you will find a spacious sitting area with smart television.
Bedroom 2 is also located here. It has 2 single beds.
Outside
With the fresh products, which you can buy within walking distance at the local market in Lalinde, you can enjoy cooking in your own holiday home. Through the hallway you have access to a wonderfully private sun terrace (24m²) with patio furniture and a wide view over the river and the valley. You will also find a spacious communal garden with a garden bench, sun loungers and direct access to the river bank.
La Rivière des cygnes is 400 meters from Domaine Lalinde. You can use all facilities such as the beautiful swimming pool. You can check in at the reception of Domaine Lalinde.

The indicated rates are per night per holiday home.
* Holiday home Vue sur la rivière can, on request, be booked together with Holiday home La Rivière des cygnes as one family accommodation.
* Our holiday homes can be booked every day outside the main season with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
* In the high season (Saturday 8 July to Saturday 26 August) all holiday homes have Saturday as a mandatory changeover day.
* Please bring your own towels. A towel package is available on request for € 10 p.p. Please specify when booking.
* Compulsory final cleaning at the end of your stay € 65 per holiday home. For our largest holiday homes: the mandatory final cleaning at the end of your stay is €80.
* A security deposit/damage deposit of €200 is required and must be paid in cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure if the holiday home is left in good condition.
* Prices include the use of WiFi and the normal consumption of water and electricity.
* Bed linen is included in the price.
* Tourist tax of 1 euro will be charged per person per night.
* Camping is not allowed on the property.
* Highchairs and cots are available free of charge. Please request when booking.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed in the holiday homes and by the pool.
* Silence: from midnight to 8:00 am there must be absolute silence on the estate.
Domaine Lalinde is also ideal for (grand) parents with older (grand) children. Children can swim in the beautiful swimming pool, fish the river, or enjoy canoeing with the holiday friends, play petanque, play badminton, play football on the meadow or simply laze around. From Domaine Lalinde it is less than 10 minutes' walk to the central square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. From Lalinde you can take different walks through the area every day. Walking maps are available at the local tourist office. In the summer months there is plenty to do here such as: medieval festivals, markets, theater and music shows. Within a circle of 20 minutes by car, you will find restaurants in all price ranges, from a fine 3-course menu for 20 euros to high-level gastronomy with a Michelin star. Taste regional products. At different places in the Dordogne it is possible to visit a Ferme Auberge (farm) and take guided tours. At the same time you can buy and buy products such as foie gras, perodigine duck, meat, goat cheese, fruit and wine tasting.
