La Tranquilade is an ideal holiday home to meet with family or friends, you will appreciate the calm, the serenity, the sunsets and the starry sky. La Tranquilade has a beautiful view of the valley of the Bouriane countryside. La Tranquilade has a fully equipped kitchen. Such as 2 fridges/freezers, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle + all the usual equipment. There is a cozy living room with television, board games, books, DVDs, DVD player, children's games, billiards. Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation.

There are sun loungers, tables, chairs and garden furniture for 12 people, parasols, parking, barbecue, garden, table tennis, trampoline, swing, hammock, net for badminton, boules court, darts and much more.
Payrac is a small town with a rich heritage, is crossed by the D820 (Souillac/Cahors) and offers all amenities such as restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, supermarket, butcher, producers, La Poste, petrol station, bakery, medical center and much more .
The location is perfect to discover all the beauties of the region. You can go hiking, canoeing, swimming (first beach of the Dordogne 10 minutes away), wine tourism, parties and festivals (music, cinema, theater, and much more), discovering local products, such as foie gras, truffles, saffron, melon, walnuts, Rocamadour cheese. There are several markets (every Wednesday in Payrac).
