Demorette Sarlat has an area of 120 m²
There is a spacious 40 m² living room, the real heart of the house, bathed in light and air conditioned for the comfort of our guests. There is a dining area for 6 people and an office area. The comfortable seating area is equipped with a leather sofa, two armchairs, three coffee tables, a large flat screen TV; everything elegantly arranged around the fireplace insert (usable in the mid and low season). Adjacent you will find the large kitchen that has been recently renovated and equipped with new equipment. The completely new household appliances (ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster kettle ...). There are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is located on the other side of the living room. This bedroom has a very large superior quality double bed measuring 180cm wide x 200cm long, two bedside tables, a storage unit and a mobile wardrobe. Adjacent is the beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, a beautiful granite bathroom furniture and toilets. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The other two double bedrooms are upstairs and served by a small landing which can easily accommodate a cot (available on request). Bedroom 2 has two 90cm x 200cm beds, two bedside tables, a large storage area spanning the entire room and a mobile wardrobe. This room is equipped with an air conditioning unit to provide the entire first floor with air conditioning. Bedroom 3 is accessible from the second bedroom and is also furnished with two 90cm wide beds that can be joined to a very large 180cm wide double bed; two bedside tables, a large storage unit and a mobile wardrobe. These 2 bedrooms share a small bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

The 300 m² garden is completely fenced and closed by a large gate. During the warm summers you can relax in the shade of the immense hundred-year-old plane tree. The 8.50m x 3.60m x 1.30m deep private pool is fully secured by a metal gate with gate. It is equipped with 3 sun loungers, 2 outdoor armchairs and a large parasol. The beautiful terrace under the pergola is equipped with very comfortable garden furniture with glass table and 6 armchairs. Slightly hanging over the pool, you can keep a permanent eye on the swimming children! There is a parking space for 1 to 2 cars in the yard.
Rental first two weeks of August only for rent per 14 days
The house is located about 1 km from the center of Sarlat la Canéda, in a quiet location yet close to shops and services offered by the town. On Wednesday and Saturday mornings, you can discover the colorful market. The house is also the ideal starting point for exploring the main tourist sites of this beautiful region of the Périgord Noir, all located within a radius of 30 km. So you can discover the villages of Domme, Beynac, Roque Gageac, Castelnaud la Chapelle, ... classified as the most beautiful villages in France, castles, gorges, caves ... The Dordogne offers you a beautiful place with its beaches, canoe trips , inland waterways ... And why not treat yourself to a hot air balloon flight over the region. An unforgettable stay!
