My wife Ellen and I (Rob Vermeulen) like France from A to Z. After years of search we finally found our ideal place. In 2002 we bought La Pimousserie. Because we want to live there permanently in the future; and this will take some years, we decided to rent out our house for the time being. Internet and websitebuilding became hobbies. Rather fast I was approached by other Dutch and Belgian owners with a house in the Dordogne if I would like to add their house to our sites. We became friends and especially Erik Hurts (owner of Les Acacias) and Ric Bekkers (owner of Les Farges) are giving useful information about the area and other houses. The result is DordogneMaison.com and keep following us, because our websites are constantly being extended with more subsites about the Dordogne.
Our philosophy
DordogneMaison.com is not a commercialsite. Our aim is to promote the Dordogne - Perigord region in all its aspects. If you would like us to present your house at our site, we will only charge you a small amount for every week, we rent out your house through our website in order to cover our variable costs.
