Villa Lembrun sur Lot is a luxury holiday villa for 6 persons with air conditioning, a private heated pool (heating from June to September), private jetty, boat with outboard engine. The villa is situated in a hamlet of Le Temple Sur Lot (2km), located directly at the river Lot. A true fishing paradise for the whole family.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The interior of the villa is comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated with antiques.
Living room - lounge with an Internet connection, big screen TV with some English channels, DVD player. and 100 DVDs. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer. In the utility room: washing machine, iron and ironing board.
2 Bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and air conditioning. The two ensuite bathrooms with double washbasins, toilet and shower or bath. 1 bedroom (mezzanine) with 2 single beds (90 x 200) and a bathroom downstairs. Cot available on request.   

Outside
The villa is quietly situated directly at the river bank of the  Lot and it offers has spectacular views over the river Lot. The villa is surrounded by fruit orchards and fields with sunflowers. Property of 5000m2. In front of the  villa is a large terrace, adjacent to the private pool. The pool is heated to 26 degrees from June to September. The villa also has a private jetty of  4.5 x6, 5 meters, for mooring a boat, dining al fresco sunbathing. There is a barbecue in front of the jetty. You may use a boat with outboard, a waterbike and a canoe for free. But of course you can bring your own boat. Within walking distance there is a tennis court, which you may use for free.
