La Grande Maison Piège is a comfortable, child friendly holiday home for 10 to 12 persons with a private pool, located in Peyzac Le Moustier in the Vezere Valley of the Cro-Magnons, between Le Roque St Christoph and Maison Forte de Reignac at the edge of the river Vézère. From the house you have a beautiful view over the valley with beautiful sunsets.  

Description
The house has three floors: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor: Large bright living room of about 43 m2 with laminate flooring. Large spacious dining table for 10 people. Bookcase with English books, videos and games for all ages. Satellite TV with English channels. Well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and breadmaker.
Upper floor: A staircase next to the kitchen leads to a bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m. with wardrobe and dresser. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. From the bedroom you can enjoy the view over the valley. A staircase in the living room leads to the family floor , perfect for a small family. Master bedroom with children's section, separated by a door. 1.40m double bed, single bed of 80 cm and a child's bed. Adequate storage space. Separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. 
Lower level: Another staircase in the living room leads to  the basement with a door to the garden. Here are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1:  two single beds of 0.90 m. with a showerunit and wash basin. Bedroom 2: Small bedroom with bunk beds. Bedroom 3: Spacious bedroom with one double bed of 1.60 m. with an additional exit to the garden. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space. In the basement is a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet, wash basin and toilet.
Everything you need for a baby or toddler is available, such as a cot, a highchair, babybath etc. For the safety of your children the staircases can be closed by means of  removable screens.

Outside
Because the house has been built against a hill, the gardens and several terraces are on different levels. Beside the kitchen is the breakfast terrace of 20 m2, where you can enjoy your croissant  in the morning. On the adjacent patio of 24 m2 you can enjoy the sun set in the evening. 
Adjacent an enclosed garden of 84 m2 with a hexagonal pool of 4.50x7 m to 1.10 m deep with jetstream situated on a wooden terrace. There is a private parking.
At the level of the basement is a large walled garden of over 100 m2 with a large lawn and a passage to a courtyard. In the garden is the entrance to the "Cave" with a washing machine, a dryer and a  movable tabletennis table.
