This beautiful farm from 1600 has been transformed into a perfect modern holidayhouse with characteristics of the old building. It is situated at a private property of 2 ha in the middle of the countryside with garden furniture,
deckchairs, BBQ, jeu the boules, table tennis in the
frontbuilding and has a splendid view.

Surroundings

Verteillac is a lively village at 2 km for your daily shopping with nice restaurants, terraces, nice shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, baker, large open air swimming pool, tennis and galeries. Riberac, main town is at 8 km with its famous Fridaymorning market and big shops like Lidl and Leclerc. It is a splendid region for daytrips to nice villages as Brantome, Sarlat, Perigueux or Riberac. For the the ocean lovers: visit Arcachon or Lacanau with its white beaches and the ocean. The dunes of
Archacon, the highest in Europe, at 1.5 hours and also visit St Emilion on your way back. Also visit the may caves and castles. There is a nice golfcourse Les Landes (reservation required) at 25 km.
