In the northern part of the Périgord Noir, at 8 km. of the Castle of Hautefort, bordered by bunches, you will find Résidence La Roseraie. There are two luxurious villas: Villa Rosa, La Truffière, the villa of the owners and  mobile home Acacia. Well placed on the park of 2 ha., all privacy is respected. Mobile home Acacia (brand ABI Phoenix 30 Supreme) is a large caravan of 9-3 m., suitable for up to 4 persons + 1 baby. This mobile home is situated on an elevated platform behind the house of the owner. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the wooded area and the Vallee d'Auvezère.

Description
Spacious living area with a dining-area, gas stove, TV (antenna, French channels) and radio. A well equipped kitchen with a 4-burner cooker with oven and a refrigerator.
Two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (130-190) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (60-180). Cot and highchair are available (up to 2 years). Extra cots - highchairs only on request and if available. Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Smoking inside is not allowed.

Outside
Acacia guests can use the completely fenced pool (10-5 m, descending depth of 0.35 m to 1.70 m) of the owner, at +/- 15m from the mobile home. This pool is open from early May to late September. Terrace, deck chairs, BBQ. On the site is a playground for joint use.

Surroundings
The Dordogne is well known for its prehistoric values, castles and gastronomic specialties (like the "truffle" and the "foie gras"). When you are visiting the region, do not forget to see the old historic city of Périgueux (Roman) and the cave of Lascaux (Montignac). Also a visit to the markets in the surroundings could be very pleasant.

 

Sports
Within a distance of 30 km., you will find several rivers and lakes, where you have the possibility to swim, to canoe or to fish. If you like to ramble, various footpaths are marked in the forests. These paths are also ideal to discover on a mountain bike. On 2 km. you find a horse riding school (possibilities on reservation).

Access: there are three airports at a max of 80km : Limoges, Brive and Bergerac.
